7-12 Mini Grant Application

The best way to use this application is to:

1.     Download the Application by choosing the file below
2.     Fill out the application in your word processor
3.     Once finished, print it out and sign it
4.     Send it to your principal for their signature and then on to your superintendent for their signature.

And REMEMBER:

To be considered for an award, the grant application must be completed in full prior to submittal.  Incomplete grants will not be considered.

One way to ensure your grant has all of the required components is to download, print and fill out the Grant Checklist.  If all questions were answered yes, you have an excellent chance of being approved.

Once your application gets to our office, we will be using a Rubric to grade your application.  You can download the rubric below.
